The Sanctuary is the self-guided sacred time you need to discover why marketing feels hard, overwhelming and blocking your growth. Seven sections take you through simple exercises designed to help you recognized where you are getting stuck and to unblock any obstacles getting in the way of reaching your customers. When you emerge from the sanctuary you will feel confident, clear and ready to move forward promoting your business. Once you discover your blocks you will have a grasp on the basics of a creating a marketing plan including, positioning, messaging, targeting the right customer. The Sanctuary is the starting place to align your purpose with your unique business. This course is designed for entrepreneurs and small business owners who have a client/customer base but feel stuck or resistant to promotion yet want to grow and don’t know where to start.

The Springboard takes the basics and turn them into strategic action. You’ll move from understanding the problem to knowing what to do next. By learning what promotional mix is right for your business and unique offers you will gain more confidence while you build momentum. You’ll learn about social media, SEO, AI tools, thought leadership, influencers, user generated content, partnership marketing and where to focus first. We will start to identify where AI can help you automate some of your tasks or outreach. Ideally, you will have already gone through the Sanctuary program, if not please come prepared with your mission, vision, and values as well as your ideal customer and positioning statement. You will turn that into a strategic action plan.

This is where strategy becomes embodied, implemented, and sustained. Through three 50-minute sessions of one-on-one coaching, at your own pace, you will build a full go-to-market strategy—step by step, in order to expand your business while making sure it stays aligned with your goals. We will start wherever you are now and identify your priorities and realistic success milestones. This service is for women with a private practice or small business who is already generating customer/client income. To make the most of your three sessions, ideally you will have already completed The Sanctuary and Springboard courses.

Sovereign Leadership is an ongoing six month 1-1 advisory and coaching partnership for women leading established businesses who want trusted counsel, grounded strategy, and space to lead with clarity—without losing themselves in the process. This phase is not about being in charge of others. It’s about being in right relationship with power—yours, your business’s, and your community’s.

This is where we will begin to look at any additional systems you need to continue to elevate your business, marketing technology, operational excellence, hiring strategies, Human Resources, accounting and more. When needed we will connect you with specific experts that can continue your forward progress into the next decade and longer.
